A grower in East Flanders called in our help through a dealer to install a water basin. The company grows azaleas and rhododendrons, among others, on a growing area of 30,000m² in greenhouses and 20,000m² outdoors. Water supply is vital for cultivation and, especially with several dry summers in a row, the grower could not always manage irrigation with the current water supply.
Our welding team installed an ENPEX FPP basin liner of a total area of about 7200 m2, delivered in two parts. Besides setting a long transverse weld, our team also stepped in to install outlets and geotextile sheets as embankment protection.
